Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using KashiTirthPuja.com (the "Website") or booking any service from KashiTirthPuja ("we", "our", "us"). By using our Website or placing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

KashiTirthPuja facilitates the booking of Vedic rituals (Puja, Havan, Abhishek, Tarpan), Kashi Darshan (temple visit assistance), and related pilgrim services in Varanasi. We act as a facilitator connecting devotees with qualified Pandits and service providers in Kashi.

2. Booking Process

Submitting a booking request on our Website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed when:

  1. You receive a written confirmation from our team (via WhatsApp, call, or email) with the confirmed Muhurta date and Pandit details.
  2. The Dakshina payment is received in full via the Razorpay payment link sent to you.

We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All Dakshina amounts are quoted and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) only. USD and EUR prices displayed on the Website are indicative only and based on manual exchange rates. You will be charged in INR.
  • Payment is processed via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We do not store your payment card details.
  • Prices are inclusive of all applicable GST unless otherwise stated. A GST invoice is issued after payment.
  • For international devotees paying via international cards, your bank may apply foreign transaction fees. These are not charged by us.

4. Dakshina and Religious Offerings

"Dakshina" is the traditional offering made to a Pandit for performing a Vedic ritual. It is not merely a fee — it carries religious significance. By paying Dakshina, you acknowledge the sacred nature of the transaction. We ensure that the entirety of the Dakshina reaches the performing Pandit(s), after deducting service facilitation charges where applicable.

5. Puja Execution and Vidhi

  • All rituals are performed by trained Pandits following Kashi Shastra Vidhi. We do not permit shortcut rituals or simplified procedures.
  • Puja photos/videos (where included) will be shared within 24 hours of the completed ritual.
  • All Dakshina amounts published are subject to change. Please contact us on WhatsApp for special discounts and customizations before booking.

6. Sankalpa and Personal Information

By providing your name, Gotra, and Sankalpa (intention), you consent to the Pandit reading these aloud during the ritual on your behalf. Please ensure the information you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for errors in ritual dedication caused by incorrect information provided by you.

If you do not know your Gotra, we will use the Kashyap Gotra as is the Vedic tradition for such cases.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In brief:

  • Cancellations before Muhurta confirmation: full refund.
  • Cancellations 48+ hours before confirmed puja date: 70% refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours: no refund.
  • If we cancel the puja due to circumstances on our side: full refund within 7 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

KashiTirthPuja facilitates religious services and does not guarantee any specific spiritual outcome, astrological result, or material benefit from the performance of any ritual. Rituals are performed in good faith according to Vedic tradition. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the Dakshina amount paid for the disputed booking.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, and ritual descriptions, is the property of KashiTirthPuja or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, copy, or republish any content without our prior written consent.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our Website or services. You must not use our services to book pujas for fraudulent or disruptive purposes, provide false personal information, or violate applicable Indian law.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when these Terms were last revised.
